3. Return Approval
Once we receive your complaint and verify the issue, our team will inform you about return approval or replacement eligibility. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days after approval. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
